Breaking Negative Attachments

As we move into our first week of the 30 day challenge, it’s a perfect opportunity to let go of attachments which no longer serve us. Attachments can include relationships that no longer fuel us, addictions to substances, food or even to our Ipads and phone. You can often have a negative attachment to an emotion or attitude towards something or someone.
Very simply, if after giving something or someone some reasonable effort to make it work and it is not working- let it go. The more you release the more exhilaration you will feel in directing your own path. The more you let go of attachments the lighter your sense of being and therefore moving forward , the decisions you make will be based on your truth not fear or insecurity.
