200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Join Westcoast Hot Yoga for our comprehensive yoga teacher training. This well-established training will provide you with a solid foundation of knowledge in the systems of yoga asana, philosophy, anatomy, trauma-informed practices, energy, and more. This training combines the need for deep personal growth with the knowledge of the art of teaching yoga. We pride ourselves on making sure you feel confident and ready to teach by the end of the training. Led by 6 experienced instructors at Westcoast Hot Yoga, you will benefit from their varied and skillful trainings and offerings. You will be eligible to register with the Yoga Alliance as a 200 hour registered yoga teacher upon completion (RYT).

This training includes:

  • Sequencing, cueing, and philosophy with Tarryl Plain
  • Alignment and foundations of asana with Katarina Stofikova
  • Trauma-informed techniques, power yoga, and building a flow with Lauren Rasmussen
  • Somatic and energy healing with Kerri Neild
  • Guided meditation and movement with Kailey Veenstra
  • Chakras and inner health with Charlene Forbes

This 200 Hour training is broken up into 2 segments (with a break over the holidays to ensure you are able to still have time with family and focus on YOU). The first 100 hours starts September 20th and goes until the end of November. The hours are Wednesday or Thursday evenings (switches weekly) and Saturdays daytime.


This includes 200 hour Yoga Alliance approved training; options for 3 hours of post-training mentorship from Tarryl, Katarina, or Lauren; guest passes and discounted class options. All required books will be the responsibility of the student. Payment plans are available by prior arrangement.
