We cannot believe it’s already 2 weeks into August! It seems like summer just made its appearance! It’s been so fun to hear about all of your summer adventures, and how yoga complements all of the amazing offerings of this season.
We have been working hard behind the scenes and are excited to announce all of our upcoming events as we progress into September. Particularly, our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training which starts September 20th! We have a free info session August 16th from 6-7pm at Westcoast Hot Yoga. If you have ever been at all interested or curious about doing a yoga teacher training, come and learn what it is all about and bring any questions you may have!

Join Westcoast Hot Yoga for our comprehensive yoga teacher training. This
well-established training will provide you with a solid foundation of knowledge in the systems of yoga asana, philosophy, anatomy, trauma-informed practices, energy, and more. This training combines the need for deep personal growth with the knowledge of the art of teaching yoga.
Broken up into 2 segments (with a break over the holidays to ensure you are able to still have time with family and focus on YOU). The first 100 hours starts September 20th and goes til the end of November. Saturday days and Wednesday evenings! Investment is $2599 with options for payment plans. August 25th we will be conducting a yoga class at the Farmer’s Market at 10:00am! Space is limited, so if you are interested, email email@example.com if you want to claim a spot! This class is meant to bring Westcoast Hot Yoga into the community and spread the word that yoga doesn’t have to be so intimidating!
Keep an eye out this September for some collaborations between Westcoast Hot Yoga and local wineries/breweries in our community! Adding a bit of lightness to this practice and taking it out of the studio into new environments where we can completely epitomize what “balance” means! Be mindful during a 60- minute yoga class led by Lauren and then afterward enjoy a beverage with friends (non-alcoholic options will be on-site, too!). More information to come!
This class explores using the fundamentals of Yin Yoga within the framework of a traditional Kundalini Yoga Class. All classes will include a Kundalini yoga series ‘kriya’ which is ‘Yang’ in style (using specific exercises to warm up the spine) followed by a long, deep relaxation and a meditation. Yindalini starts Friday, September 6th from 6:30-8pm. Series is

Join us in this three-week progressive workshop on Wednesday evenings starting this September from 7-8pm. This workshop is all about fun dance and movement! Let go of stress and tension, release hard emotions and transform lower vibrations through fun dance and movement. Reconnect with your body and femininity; enjoy the company of like-minded women and move to some awesome music. No experience necessary! $50 dollars for 3 classes with drop-in rates available.
Join us Thursdays starting September 26 from 6-6:45 pm. Come and meditate together as a community! Where support and guidance are offered in a safe, loving-kindness environment. Come and be a part of this ‘sangha’ and practice with us. We are offering dharma talks monthly and meditation weekly. Donation-based offering for the mediation going towards the food bank to help feed our community with spirit and nourishment.
