About Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini is the yoga of AWARENESS, physically, mentally and emotionally. It is a resetting of your entire nervous system and an awakening of your energetic nervous system through repetitious movements and breath patterns. This practice is invigorating you will sweat, detox, liberate, rewild and connect to your authentic self. Expect to be challenged out of your comfort zones with dynamic movements and deep pranayama techniques. This practice gives you tangible tools to use in your daily life.

Private Yoga Therapy

Shae Savage is a Kinesiologist- Creative Movement Therapist and Medicine woman. She offers private yoga sessions.

Each session is customized to the needs of the student with a holistic approach addressing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects. Each session is unique and uses of a variety of modalities such as essential oils, mantra/affirmations, mudra, joint stabilizations exercises, hands on therapeutic touch/adjustments, dynamic movements and take home tools.

You can expect postural assessments, physical alignment recalibration, education on your physical and energetic bodies and tools to guide you as each layer of you unfolds.

These services may be covered by some extended medical plans under Kinesiology services. Please check with your provider.

Shae Savage works with ICBC claims, LTD insurance claims, specialized populations i.e. mental health, pregnancy, pre and post surgical and specific spinal conditions.

$125 per private session; $180 per semi-private (up to 3 people). GST will be applied to rates. BOOK 3 sessions of private OR semi private and receive a $25 discount off of the total amount.
