In this workshop you’ll explore ways to spice up your transitions — to and from — Chaturanga Dandasana. Also known as the Four-Limbed Staff Pose or low plank, you’ll building strength and stability to level up your Vinyasa Practice. You’ll also explore common injuries related to shoulders, wrists, and the back. Workshop includes a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow Class, teachings and playtime.
Instructor
Matthieu Steimer is a Swiss osteopathic practitioner with a diverse background in health and wellness. He earned his diploma from the Swiss School of Osteopathy in 2005, followed by a Certificate of Advanced Study (CAS) in nutrition from the University of Lausanne and a degree in adult education. Over the years, he has shared his expertise by teaching anatomy, physiology, and pathology at various alternative medicine schools in Switzerland. In 2021, he delivered a lecture on psycho-neuro-immunology to the Swiss Osteopathy Federation, and in 2022, he completed a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Geneva.
Matthieu’s commitment to personal growth extends beyond osteopathy. As an author of two novels centered on healing and self-discovery, he continues to explore pathways to transformation. His passion for self-improvement led him to pursue further training in coaching and NeuroChangeSolutions, a program developed by Dr. Joe Dispenza.
Since moving to Canada in August 2024, Matthieu has deepened his dedication to yoga, a practice he began in Switzerland in 2013. He has added Yoga teacher to his credits and practices daily to counterbalance 20 years of volleyball and running, integrating it into his holistic approach to health
