The Heart Behind the Studio.

Tarryl embraced Yoga to balance the yin and yang of her corporate life and own personal wellness journey. She joined Westcoast Hot Yoga in 2010 as Consultant , then General Manager, implementing and introducing dozens of new classes, workshops, retreats, as well as establishing WHY’s Registered Yoga School. During this time, she obtained her Health Coaching license, once again, adding to her clients wellness, and allowing for new areas to take Westcoast.

Tarryl purchased the White Rock studio in 2016, as its owner & director. She is passionate about seeing WHY’s legacy continue and evolve in nurturing the health and well being of its client family. As well as building a new a bigger studio for Westcoast to evolve, Tarryl is working at the expansion of their Yoga School into deeper studies that introduce many new teachings in yoga anatomy and emotional intelligence. The college has evolved to our 300 hour advanced courses, and the 200 grows annually with new and evolved offerings in Yoga & Teaching.
