Kids Yoga camps Camps weave together aerial, yoga and mindfulness practices that promote self-confidence, self-awareness and self-regulation to support their physical, mental and emotional health. 

• In our time together, children will explore: 

  • Mindfulness meditation

  • Yoga postures

  • Breathing techniques

  • Aerial Yoga 

  • Soulful art and crafts  

• Monday March 25th - Thursday March 28th, 2024

• 10am - 1pm Daily

• Please bring a bagged lunch that does not require heating, healthy snack (fruit) and water. 

• Spots limited to 12!

• $249 per child (aged 6-12).
